Application:

Ceramic belt cleaner is a specialized tool used in various industries to maintain and clean conveyor belts, particularly those used in manufacturing, food processing, packaging, and other applications where belt cleanliness and efficiency are critical.

Installation and use：

The ceramic belt cleaner, like the scraper-type cleaner, is installed at the head of the conveyor belt. One side is tensioned by a spring to ensure the working surface closely adheres to the belt surface. After prolonged operation, the adhesion may weaken, but the working condition can be easily improved by simply adjusting the tension of the spring.

The ceramic belt cleaner can be configured according to the width of the conveyor belt. For widths within 1600mm, a diagonal installation method can generally be used. For widths exceeding 1600mm, as the diagonal span decreases, a V-shaped configuration can be adopted to increase the angle and enhance the cleaning effectiveness.
